Q. What is an e-ticket ?

A. An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number that neatly replaces the hassles of a paper ticket. When you purchase an e-ticket, we email it to you within 48 hours of your booking. Simply print it out and bring it with you, along with your passport and valid visa to the airline counter, when checking-in for your flight.

Q. How do I get my e-ticket details ?

A. We will send your e-ticket details to the email address you gave us when you made your reservation.

Q. Can I make reservation without login or registration in ?

A. Yes, but it's not recommended because registered customer always get special price and loyalty points

Q. Can I make a reservation without a credit card ?

A.You'll need a valid credit card to confirm your reservation however you can block the reservation online and pay us at our retail store to confirm the booking.

Q. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed ?

A. As soon as you've completed the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. We'll also send you a confirmation email with all of your booking information.

Q. Can I cancel or change my reservation through ?

A. Yes, it's easy to cancel or refund or change your booking via our self-service tool at View Booking link for registered clients and at My Booking link for guest clients, Please remember to check the cancellation policy before making any changes to your reservation. Non-refundable services and other special deals may have a different cancellation policy. Cancellation information can be found in booking details area.

Q. How do I know if my booking has been cancelled ?

A. Once you have cancelled your reservation you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don't receive an email please contact us.

Q. Where can I find the service (Flight-Hotel-Car...etc) location phone number and/or email address ?

A. After booking, all of the hotel's details (including location & phone number and email address) are provided in the online booking confirmation, confirmation email and at View Booking link.

Q. How do I get the prices for flights, hotel, cars etc. ?

A. Once you've entered the dates of your trip or stay, the rates will be clearly displayed along with the available service types.

Q. What is the difference between a Double Room and a Twin Room ?

A. A Double Room has one double/full bed and a Twin Room has 2 twin beds. If a room is called Double/Twin, it can be set up for either type. You can specify your bed-type preference in the "Special Requests" box during the booking process.

Q. Can I request an extra bed in my room and will there be an extra fee ?

A. Information regarding extra beds can be found under "Hotel Policies" Please take note of the following:

  • Additional fees, if any, are not included in the reservation price.
  • During the online booking process, please note your request for an extra bed/crib in the Special Requests box provided.
  • We recommend calling the hotel prior to your arrival to guarantee your request. You can find the hotel's contact information in your confirmation email. You can always contact us to confirm availability before you book.

Q. Are my credit card details safe ?

A. uses a secure connection for your booking:

  • Your payment process happen directly in our partner bank site which is secure server uses "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology, the online industry's standard.
  • We do not store your credit card information in our database and we will never ask for your credit card secure information through phone or e mail or through call center or by our agents
  • Your personal data details are encrypted

Q. Can I book a hotel for day use ?

A. No, bookings are for a one night minimum stay only. can only reserve hotel rooms, not meeting rooms or conference facilities.

Q. How do I find out how many bedrooms are in an apartment/suite ?

A. The number of bedrooms should be clearly stated in the room description. If the information is not there, or is unclear, you can always contact us. If you have already made your reservation, you can contact the hotel directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
